We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team who is passionate about providing the highest level of service to our members! As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on providing credit union members with an unparalleled service experience while proactively seeking opportunities to cross-sell products and services for the betterment of our members. You will also coach and mentor our Member Service Representative because you have a passion for helping others succeed. 

You will be working in a stable and consistent environment in a growing organization. You will have a lot of opportunity for growth and progression as you work in teams with an emphasis in training and development of our employees. Requirements

A typical day as an Assistant Branch Manager will include:

• Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the branch in accordance with established policies & procedures while ensuring that quality service standards are maintained.
• Performing all duties of a Member Service Representative as needed.
• Acting as Branch Manager in his/her absence.
• Responding to questions and/or providing information upon request from members (internal & external).
• Processing requests/transactions as appropriate.
• Assisting members and potential members in understanding and utilizing Credit Union products and services.

Experience:

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
• A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
