Job Description: Assistant Dining Room Manager
Assist with daily operations of dining room, lounge and top deck, executing 150 – 400 covers per day
Assist with orientation, training and daily supervision of 15-20 front of house staff
Assist with ideas for restaurant promotions, marketing ideas, signature dishes/drinks, area visibility, etc.
Assist with beer, wine and liquor ordering
Assist with monthly beverage inventory
Maintain customer service standards, handle complaints, etc.
Cleanliness, organization and set up of dining room, lounge and top deck areas
Beverage cost controls (pricing, waste, portion control, etc)
Maintain computer functions (item inventory, daily specials, pricing, etc)
Act as host, cashier, bartender on a regular basis
Season Dates – early May to late December
Reports To – Dining Room Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
