Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a full-time Family Law Attorney to join our Firm. We are looking for the perfect candidate to join us. 2-3 years of experience is preferred. We will train the right candidate! The Family Law Attorney must have a team mentality with a "go-getter" attitude. Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner. Salary is competitive and will be determined based on experience and education. This position presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic practice and to quickly assume substantial responsibility under the guidance of experienced Family Law Attorneys.

Family Law Attorney Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of Family Law representation including Divorces;
  • Modifications;
  • Enforcements;
  • Child custody/Parenting Plans;
  • Grandparents’ rights;
  • CPS cases and other complex family matters.

Family Attorney Requirements:

  • Licensed in Tennessee and is in good standing;
