Job Description
MIT is preparing to take on the role of Operations Manager. The job of our Operations Manager is to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. Operations Managers hire, train, and supervise all fitness, babysitting and janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budget, and uphold company standards.
The OMIT position is full-time Saturday - Wednesday
A 4-year degree or management experience is preferred.
