Working at LaFrance Cleaners - Retail Team Associate :
Retail Team Associate candidates are organized, self-motivated and friendly. As a member of our Top Performing Retail Team, you will work in a Retail Store with oversight and responsibility for increasing sales, focusing on customer service and following through as a team player.
The ideal candidate for this Retail Associate position is independent, ambitious and driven to succeed with strong sales skills and the confidence to influence key decision makers at the store level.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage all walk-in and telephone contact with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Check customer orders in and out of the store.
- Mark-in incoming customer orders; identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark and classify all pieces in preparation for cleaning and input into computerized pos system.
- Accurately process customer payment for services.
- Manage opening and closing of assigned store.
- Build sustainable, positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Communicate effectively with peers and managers, providing customer feedback to Manager.
- Perform all administrative duties to effectively manage store operations.
Goals and Objectives :
1. Customer Service - 100% customer satisfaction with no customer complaints each month.
3. Support Sales Growth - Continually build the company's customer base through delivering excellent customer service and implementing company marketing and operational procedures to support ongoing sales growth.
4. Be at work on time every day.
