Job Summary:
As an Automotive Salesperson, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, guiding them through the exciting process of finding and purchasing their ideal vehicle. Your passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction will be essential in helping our customers make informed decisions and creating a positive buying experience.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest features, specifications, and technologies of Hyundai and Genesis vehicles to provide accurate information to customers.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively showcasing the benefits of our Hyundai and Genesis models.
- Test Drives: Arrange and conduct test drives to give customers a firsthand experience of the superior quality and performance of our vehicles.
- Follow-up: Maintain contact with potential customers through follow-up calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including finance and service departments, to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay informed about product updates.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates with a strong sales background and a passion for automobiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing an exceptional buying experience.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic understanding of financing and leasing options (training will be provided).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
