We are currently seeking Project Recruiters to join our TEAM. This role acts as the primary interface to the client and is the liaison between candidates and hiring managers. The role requires a strong out of the box, creative sourcing mentality to partner with our clients to understand and qualify the client's staffing needs. This is a full time, IN OFFICE position.
Essential Functions
- This role will primarily be responsible for the front-end of the recruiting process (reviewing applications, resumes, sourcing passive candidates, phone screening/interviewing and placements).
- Collaborates with management to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying salary ranges, incentives, start dates, relocations and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in virtual and in-person college job fairs and recruiting
- Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and includes the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
- Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates.
- Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers.
- Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of management.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on, full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast paced recruiting environment within a highly process driven recruiting function
- We would love it if you had experience working for a major consulting firm, any large corporate setting, or experience working in executive search where recruiting is viewed as a consultative function and highly valued
- Experience Recruiting in any of following areas: Education, IT, Healthcare, Engineering
- Ability to develop and execute creative, out of the box sourcing strategies via direct sourcing, social channels, and leveraging the networks of both you and your hiring teams
- Ability to lead and manage the candidate interview process with administrative support from Operations team.
- Ability to manage the offer process through analysis of relevant data, development of offer recommendations, partnering with HR for all relevant approvals, and delivery of offers.
- Communication is the key to success; you must have the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization as well as with HR Leaders, internal and external candidates, and your teammates.
- Must be detail-oriented with intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills. (Must be able to pass a test with rate of 80% or higher)
- Typing skills of 50-70 WPM
- Communication is key - Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
