Job Requirements

The Residential Roofing Division Superintendent is an integral member of the leadership team that ensures best in class execution of shingle, standing seam, slate, natural and synthetic shake residential projects at Lake Champlain Roofing Holdings LLC. This person will be responsible to estimate jobs, supervise safety, logistical planning, oversee company field labor and subcontractors working on site, equipment inventory/maintenance and fleet management. Full customer satisfaction and installation according to Lake Champlain Roofing Holdings LLC standards are paramount. The Residential Roofing Division Superintendent also interacts with general contractors, property management and maintenance teams on various projects simultaneously. Core responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

Lead daily safety meetings with the employees and/or subcontractors to ensure safety compliance with all federal and local safety laws as well as LCR’s standards

Continued monitoring and enforcement of site safety standards and compliance with all local regulations by daily site inspections and actively managing employees and/or subcontractors on-site

Constant communication with worksite foreman

Point of contact for the customer

Work under the direction of company leadership regarding scheduling, performance, and personal development

Daily material and equipment management to provide the working crew efficient operation and order/pick up needed materials

Report any challenges occurring on the job site and provide solutions to the on-site team

Prepare information for the daily reports and operating metrics to be delivered to the company leadership

Perform post-installation inspection with customer to ensure complete satisfaction and adherence to LCR standards

Attend periodic trainings, meetings, and seminars to ensure up-to-date knowledge necessary to complete work and provide personal development opportunities

Understand company standards and role expectations

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

· Residential Roofing Expertise

· Keen attention to detail

· Ability to Multi-task with several projects simultaneously

· Excellent communicator
