Residential Sales / Project Manager

Job Overview:
Lake Champlain Roofing is seeking to add a new member to our already amazing team. Founded in 1999, LCR is the North Country's premier roofing company. We are looking for someone who is excited and experienced in roofing sales. We are master applicators in residential, commercial, and industrial roofing systems. Our roofing mechanics are certified installers of Carlisle Roofing Systems, Elevate (formerly Firestone), Englert Metal Roofing, DaVinci Masterpiece Roofscapes, CertainTeed Select, Owens Corning Preferred, GAF Master Select, and Velux Skylights.

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Sales / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating sales projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
- Prepare/review proposed project bids
- Make site visits to collect bidding information if needed
- Review contracts for accuracy in price and scope
- Proficient in "Knowify" project management software for trade contractors
- Oversee all aspects of the project from bidding to closeouts. (meetings, billings, change orders, cost containment, communication between all parties, safety requirements)
- Controlling and prioritizing multiple activities while handling multiple projects
- Participate in post-job review of actual cost to estimated costs for use on future project estimates

Requirements:
- Sales in the construction industry is a must
- Understanding of roofing system design and installation, code compliance and manufacturer requirements for warranty
- Experience in reviewing engineering/architectural drawings, specifications, monitoring job progress and compliance with plans and schedules
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Must be motivated and a "Self-Starter"
- Must be team oriented

Participate in Weekly KPI meeting and monthly Board Meeting - To help our team be accountable for the number of leads, appointments, estimates and won projects.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: Salary of $65,000 with commissions. 2 Weeks PTO, Paid holidays
