PROVIDER RESOURCE COORDINATOR Contract
Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities/Deepwood - Mentor, Ohio
Lake County Board of DD/Deepwood seeking applicants for position of Provider Resource Coordinator who will be responsible for consulting with our HCBS Waiver and ICF Service Provider Partners as assigned in the areas of training, operations and culture. Will assist providers to meet their training needs as well as address staff recruitment and retention, and overall operations in order to promote quality services.
The successful applicants will be extremely dependable, flexible, team oriented and very organized.
Qualifications:
> Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work or related field.
> Professional experience working in HCBS Waiver and/or ICF settings, including knowledge and implementation of applicable rules.
> Practical work experience providing training and developing training programs and content.
> Possess a valid State of Ohio Driver License; driving record must meet standards set forth in Board Policy.
This position offers a Sunday - Saturday (flexible) schedule and a generous benefits package.
