JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs difficult skilled technical work, programming applications, creating integrations, administering, analyzing and developing databases, performs application support and report development, works with users to obtain requirements, critical thinker who can solve complex problems. Work is performed under the general direction of the Information Technology Division Manager.
SPECIAL NOTE: May be subject to weekends and call back. Must have the ability to pass Arizona Criminal Justice Information System (ACJIS) background investigation for public safety.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled ASP.NET/.NET Program Analyst to design, modify, develop, write and implement software, internal\external applications and components. They will support and/or install software applications and components. Must have the ability to work from written specifications or preestablished guidelines. The most desired candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing and supporting SQL Server databases.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field and considerable experience in report and software development, software integrations, process analysis, and server administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Obtain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Compliance and Data Encryption certification within six (6) months of hire.
National Incident Management Systems (NIMS) training based on assignment.Must meet and maintain all training and education requirements for the position.
Valid Arizona Driver License of appropriate class.
