Media Specialist

The Media Specialist is responsible for maintaining and advancing the team’s overall digital marketing presence through photography and videography. This creative individual will create content including photos, videos, graphics and text to increase brand awareness and drive organic traffic, leads and engagement across platforms. The person entering this role will have plenty of opportunities to flex their creativity by creating and editing content through a variety of platforms.

As the Media Specialist, you will work closely with the Agents and Operations Coordinator on the team in spearheading content for highly engaging customer communications and promotional campaigns. This individual will receive mentoring and coaching from the best leaders in the real estate industry. They will be exposed to HUGE opportunities and a career that will take them to places they never dreamed.

Responsibilities:

· Experienced Photographer & Videographer- properties both internal and external, team- oriented behind the scenes content, events, video series including

· Drone footage

· Floor Plans

· Instagram stories

· Social media content creation

· Property brochure creation

· Light staging of properties

· Voice over content for videos

· Property descriptions

· Area & lake highlights

· Sign installation at properties

· Team headshots

· Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers

· Prepare necessary paperwork

Qualifications:

· Experienced and licensed drone pilot

· High level of experience with Facebook and Instagram

· Must be a proficient writer

· Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly. The ability to troubleshoot common issues.

· Excellent attention to detail and high-level of accuracy with documents, content, etc

· Ability to access, prioritize and act quickly

· Learning based and solution oriented

· Deadline driven and extremely organized

· Professional & works well on a team

· Experience with photoshop and other photography/videography programs

· Matterport experience preferred

· Continue to maintain the goodwill and reputation of the entire team

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
