Data Processing Coordinator

Responsible for operating all centralized Data Center computer systems and peripheral equipment. Assists the Lead Computer Operator in running jobs, operating and monitoring the system consoles and related equipment. Recognize typical problem conditions and take corrective actions. Advise and assist in training new operators regarding computer techniques and procedures. Performs the full range of computer and peripheral equipment operations, including systems hardware reconfiguration. Monitors the operation of LAN and data communications facilities installed in the Data Center.

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Handling a high volume of phone calls is required
• Experience with a Service Desk ticketing systems such as Service Now, FootPrints, Remedy, Track-it and Heat
• Remote tools to resolve user issues, such as LANDesk, DameWare and Remote Desktop
• Professional experience in the Health Care industry is preferred
