Terms of Employment: School year 20 Hrs. Hours per week: Up to 17.5
Qualifications: Clerical experience, computer skills, organizational skills. Experience working with students. Self-starter who can problem solve.
Position Objectives: The Raider Care Supervisor is responsible for supervising all aspects of the after-school care program's daily operations. Tasks consist of mentoring and collaborating with the Program Group Leader(s)/Group Assistant(s) to create a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for all children at all times. The Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day operations, such as maintaining accurate records, ensuring implementation of supervision policies, guiding the conduct of children, planning, and delivering activities, and supervising staff.
Specific Responsibilities:
A. Maintain records of student information, fees, and attendance
B. Prepare and collect all enrollment, medical, emergency, and waiver forms and input information into a program management system.
C. Record days and hours of student attendance.
D. Prepare purchase requisitions when needed.
E. Plan student activities, snacks, study time.
F. Supervise students.
G. Maintain After School room and storage.
H. Work with Food Service Director to stay in compliance with State snack rules.
I. Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule
2:45 pm - 6:30 pm
Part-Time
Monday to Friday
Starting Pay - $15.32/hr.
