Junior ACH-Card Services Specialist - Temporary Assignment - Remote

Position Overview

This is a remote or hybrid temporary assignment which will end in February 2024. The end date is subject to change based on business needs. 

At the completion of this assignment, you will be awarded a $1500.00 BONUS.  You will have an opportunity to apply for regular positions throughout the bank at the completion of the temporary assignment.

This position is remote eligible if you reside in the following states: NJ, NY, SC, NC, GA and FL.

As the Junior ACH-Card Services Specialist  you will provide support to the Call Center and branches relating to all functions of the ACH/Card Services department.   The Junior ACH-Card Services Specialist will review and process applications for business and consumer ATM/Debit cards, assist in maintaining all applications within ACH/Card Services, including Centrix Dispute Tracking System and Card Services EFT Case Tracker module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to internal team members regarding all card and ACH inquiries including transaction research, troubleshooting card denials and assistance with Instant Issue process.
• Review and process new and lost/stolen ATM/Debit card requests.
• Complete Salesforce cases submitted by the Call Center and branches for various maintenance requests related to ATM/Debit cards and ACH processing.
• Scan, verify and maintain supporting documentation for Reg E claims within the Centrix Dispute Tracking System.
• Assist with updating and closing debit card fraud cases in the Card Services EFT Case Tracker module
• Perform follow-up calls for fraud calls as needed
• Update and maintain procedures related to job functions.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Skills Required

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Experience with Fiserv software applications or other banking related applications.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Must be bondable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Regulation E
• Knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules and Guidelines

Scheduled Hours

40 hours per week. Overtime as needed.

Monday- Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
