OK Carz Inventory Clerk

Key responsibilities include:
* Inputs all incoming inventory into accounting and sales systems
* Manages moving inventory between locations
* Processes title flips
* Reconciles accounting schedules
* Responsible for monthly physical inventory audit
* Performs other clerical duties as needed or assigned by management
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1-year related experience and/or training
Strong organizational skills, dependable, detail oriented, ability tomulti-task and work independently
Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally and in writing with all levelsof employees and guests
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm
Working knowledge of computers, internet access and the ability tonavigate within an automated system as well as a variety of software packagessuch as Outlook, Excel and Word
Previous accounting experience a plus.
