What are the responsibilities and job description for the Route Reconciliation Specialist position at Lakeshore Beverage, LLC?
Lakeshore Beverage is seeking a talented and self-motivated employee for a role in our Finance Department at our Bloomington location. This employee will work with administration and managers in Bloomington to complete a wide variety of tasks relating to Route Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable including, but not limited to the following:
- Receive and verify daily money order, check and EFT receipts from each Delivery Representative
- Verify the deposit ticket is complete and accurate, and verify that the deposit matches the amount due for the that day’s deliveries
- Post payments top individual customer accounts and prepares other paperwork associated with the deposits
- Liaison between Delivery and Finance departments and facilities efficient and effective work flows for both departments
- Handle a variety of other accounting and admin tasks as assigned
- Monitoring and collections of past-due balances
- Posting daily cash receipts and checks from Customers
- Special projects as assigned

- A high level of organization
Preferred requirements:
- 1-2 years accounting experience, or other related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with route accounting systems would be a plus

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
