In this role, you will maintain efficient and smooth operation of the physical jobsite. The position requires providing direct leadership to the Facilities Maintenance team and groundskeepers. Applicants must have knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems and HVAC units. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of fire-safety regulations, including Title 19. A day on the job looks like this: Ensures that all Facilities Maintenance and groundskeeping tasks are performed efficiently and effectively Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections Recommends maintenance, mechanical and electrical modifications Ensures compliance with National Fire Protection Association and Title 19 rules Develops team by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training and maintain strong employee relationships. QualificationsGot the skills and experience?
