At Lakeshore, we create innovative learning materials and world-class guest experiences for teachers, parents and children. Since 1954, we’ve grown into a global community—with a thriving e-commerce business, multiple catalogs, 60 retail stores, a peerless national sales force, plus international offices that support our preeminent supply chain division. We’re building an infrastructure designed for scalability, embracing data-driven decision-making and using technology to improve efficiency and ensure the best tools for the best work. In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a Manager to lead our materials management workstream during implementation of new enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools. The position’s chief responsibility is the design and implementation of SAP S/4 Hanna cloud capabilities that support materials management, which includes business partner purchasing, stock determination and inventory-related reporting. The role will also leverage and apply leading-practice business knowledge and proficiency for material management, planning and logistics. In addition, the role will coordinate with internal IT associates and implementation partners in design, deployment and support of ERP. The ideal candidate has excellent SAP configuration skills, as well as strong leadership and writing skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the senior management team. And we’re here to help you succeed—Lakeshore recently earned its Great Place to Work® Certification™ and is proud to put its associates first.
