Position Title and Summary
The Broker Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the activities of the sales function to effectively execute sales strategies that will maximize sales volume and drive targeted profitable growth for the Broker LOB.

Chief Marketing Officer
Responsibilities
- Facilitate large broker bids to appropriate local sales personnel to gather and coordinate all the information for all markets.
- Manage the two IL broker reps activities.
- Communicate and execute the broker strategy for the organization.
- Participate in sales meetings to communicate broker activity and forecasting new and lost business.
- Proactively contact broker accounts to communicate the entire service area of the organization. Working to gain incremental revenue in new service areas.
- Maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated market to anticipate changing customer needs; proactively manage customer base.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Companys available services, lines of business, pricing structures to assist sales personnel in particular selling circumstances as the need arises.
- Identify additional broker opportunities in the temp services, roll-off, and commercial lines of business
