Essential Functions:
Amazing customer service skills and excited to work in the work of service and hospitality.
Process all enrollment and billing related to Tennis. Including the program build out and maintaining data in the POS system.
Use the POS system to adjust lesson scheduling, move courts, and pivot as needed.
Communicate with Tennis Pro’s on changes to courts, lessons, etc.
Pull data from the POS system for re-enrollment.
Work with Program Director to support one another with program and admin needs.
Submit marketing requests for updates signage, brochures, and website updates. Is responsible for making sure those platforms stay updated with the correct information.
Communicate to appropriate staff facility issues which need to be addressed in a timely manner.
Assist in all areas of operations; assume a leadership role within the club with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach to team- work.
This job requires the ability to work at least one full day a weekend.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Must have experience in Tennis Programming either as a customer / player or service provider
Experience in member services preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be proficient in email, Excel, and POS systems.
