What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dock Worker - 1st Shift position at Lakeside Book Company?
As a Dock Worker you will palletize product using a hand scanner system. No experience necessary! We will provide you with all the training you need to be successful. $1000 Sign on Bonus. $500/1st full pay period, $200/6 months, $300/1 year. Walk-in Interviews starting in January. Starting Pay: $16.50/hour. Earn additional $1-$3/hour beyond the base wage for meeting or exceeding goals with our performance based incentive program! Work Hours: Monday-Friday. 1st shift Days 7am-3pm, overtime as needed.Location: N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton WI 54915
As our Dock Worker you will:
Lift and move full cartons from conveyor lines and placing on pallets
Count and write information on boxes
Move completed pallets using a motorized standup jack
Use a shrink wrap machine
Use a hand scanner system
Hand pick and pack customer orders
Will cross train to assist in other areas
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of your shift
