Qualifications:
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Home LTC (preferred).
- Supervisor experience of 2 years (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and evaluate the performance of nursing staff and nursing assistants.
- Perform staff nurse duties when required.
- Plan and administer nursing services for the designated unit.
- Ensure safety measures and disaster protocols are known and practiced.
- Manage supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and care plan initiation.
- Reassess patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
