Position: Pediatric Primary Care Wizard

Job Summary: As a Pediatric Primary Care Wizard at Lakeside Pediatrics, you will embark on a magical journey filled with laughter, and endless opportunities to make a positive impact on the health and happiness of our pediatric & adolescent population (mostly muggles). Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to assist our pediatricians in providing top-notch healthcare and creating a welcoming and enchanting experience for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Magical Medical Assistance:

• Assist pediatricians in conducting exams and treatments while ensuring children are comfortable and at ease.
• Masterfully perform tasks such as taking vital signs, administering vaccinations, and drawing up pixie-sized doses of medicine.

2. Superb Soothing Skills:

• Apply your mystical abilities to calm nervous children and comfort worried parents with your gentle demeanor.
• Engage children in playful conversation and creative distractions to make their visits feel like magical adventures.

3. Rainbow Record-Keeping:

• Maintain patient records with precision, keeping them organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for the pediatric team.
• Channel your inner unicorn to ensure that all documentation is error-free and sparkling.

4. Enchanted Empathy:

• Show empathy and compassion in every interaction, understanding the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Be the bridge between the medical world and the imagination of children, making healthcare a bit less scary.

5. Teamwork and Pixie Dust:

• Collaborate harmoniously with fellow medical wizards (even she who can not be named) and our caring pediatricians to create a supportive, welcoming, and magical healthcare environment.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
