Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Duties:

- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism

- Provide accurate and timely information regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions

- Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system or cash register

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or related field preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change

- Familiarity with electronic devices and technology is a plus
