ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an accomplished demand generation expert with a zeal to win, an unwavering team spirit, and a positive attitude to join our sales and marketing team. This newly created role is responsible for driving leads and nurturing prospects through email and digital marketing to support Lakeside Surface’s aggressive growth goals.
This member of the marketing team will create an effective, reliable, ongoing B2C demand generation engine to drive retail leads by creating marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including email, webinars, social media, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will be passionate about B2C demand generation will have deep experience with SEO/SEM, marketing automation systems, and nurture and drip programs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns and programs to generate leads and drive attributed pipeline and revenue designed to meet or exceed the monthly MQL goal
· Manage programmatic, whitelisted, and other paid media campaigns to drive traffic
· Leverage Google Analytics, CRM and other data to monitor, measure, report/visualize KPIs in order to optimize future campaigns
· Provide thought leadership in developing engaging and informative email campaigns designed to generate revenue and brand loyalty throughout sales channels
· Drive improvements in audience segmentation, content, calendaring and purchase frequency
· Map out and optimize lifecycle email strategy, including welcome series, win-backs, up-sells and other automated email flows based on RFM and other segmenting strategies for retail lead nurturing
· Creates content plans to drive SEO through keyword research and uses metrics to assess the effectiveness of SEO strategy and perform competitive analyses to proactively recommend changes in SEO strategy
· Owns the website development to ensure web infrastructure, architecture, features and operations support and enhance the effectiveness of our SEO goals
· Establish and monitor data-driven benchmarks for website optimization of key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
· Collect a deep analysis of data and translate findings in visual presentations to executives and stakeholders
· Partner with external agencies to drive new concepts and innovations
· Track the competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities within the space
· Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic marketers, strategists, data storytellers, and creative colleagues to drive strategies that align with stakeholder goals and drive business impact
PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of lead generation experience in a B2C environment
- Proven email marketing segmentation and automation with an above average open and click-thru rate
- Proficient at current SEO and SEM best practices to drive website traffic
- Skilled at converting website traffic into qualified leads
- Proficient with Google Analytics, WordPress, Tableau and CRM software (Zoho or Salesforce)
- Experience harvesting, interpreting, and reporting marketing analytics and the ability to present results to executive leadership (Tableau)
- Amazing writing skills - in particular, to create compelling, concise, and impactful emails and website content
- A good eye for detail, a passion for error-free execution, and an informed POV on what makes individual communications effective
- Can provide a portfolio of work or examples of successful campaigns
- Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail focused

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
