Process incoming and outgoing communications courteously, while maintaining a positive and professional image :
Learn departmental policies, correct procedures as they pertain to alarms and codes in emergency situations :
Processes calls for service of hospital issued pagers, requests for new pagers and replacement pagers :
Maintain safety of visitors and staff :

Minimum :
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent OR applicable years of experience will be considered in lieu of education.
