What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Handyman position at Lakeview Townhouses?
We are seeking motivated individuals for handyman work of many skill levels.
Responsibilities can include:
Minor electrical work
Minor plumbing
Some carpentry
General repair and maintenance
Grounds upkeep
Snow removal
General Labor
Some HVAC
Candidates with their own tools prefered. Work is at an as-needed basis, but regular hours are available.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
