Reports to: Executive Chef, Sous Chef
Job Summary
We have extremely high expectations for our associates at Lakewood Country Club and we are looking for well balanced individuals to assist us with providing our members with the best service possible.
- Food Handlers Card is needed
Education and/or Experience
Grade 12 education.
Two years of comparable Pastry Cook experience preferred.
The ability to read, write and execute recipes
The ability to handle pastry station and work in a fast paced environment.
Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations
Trained to set up station.
Very Consistent in knife handling skills and Cooking.
Be on time to work and professional looking.
Is knowledgeable about the menu.
Ability to multi task on the Line.
Sunday and Mondays off - Set Schedule - 40 hr work weeks.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
