-Applicant must be able to lift up to 30lb and must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.

-Working in social settings with children may cause an increased risk of sickness during the first two months. We strongly encourage and require staff to take proactive measures such as frequent hand washing, using hand sanitizer and using a face mask (if needed).

Lakewood Montessori is looking for a reliable substitute teacher. The sub will be on call and arrive to fill in for absent teachers. Please do not apply if you plan to reject every time we call you.

No rejection permitted in the first 90 days. After 90 days, 4 rejection per year allowed. Excessive rejection will result in termination of contract.

Sub will be placed in any classroom ranging from infant age to Kindergarten age. Ideal applicant will be flexible, punctual and highly reliable.

Position may turn into permanent full-time position after 90-days of good work history.

Position is ideal for retirees or anyone who is looking for some extra side income.

Sub will be paid as a 1099 contractor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
