Job Overview:
The Obstetrical Technologist (OB Tech) is responsible for scrub/assist duties in the OB/OR, maintenance of supplies, instruments and equipment in the Labor and Delivery and OB Surgery areas.
General Responsibilities:
- He/she is responsible for other duties as assigned by the Director or designee.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and customer service skills required.
- Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED equivalent.- Prior Obstetrical technologist experience preferred, but not required.
- BLS required.
- Preferred Certification.
