This candidate must be familiar with Tier 1 IT Tickets. We are seeking an administrative addition to our team! We have a great office work environment, with a emphasis on growth and opportunity.

Job Title: In-Office Technical Support

Type of Position: Full Time

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-6pm

This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating databases, such as Company Directory
  • Process outgoing priority documents for the office
  • Creating and providing access to new hires for accounts such as Filevine, Uber, Zoom, and Slack
  • Order Office supplies and maintains inventory
  • Order office snacks and maintain inventory
  • Maintain relationships with computer-related vendors
  • Troubleshoot printers, any office equipment or IT related issues
  • Opening or closing any IT Help Desk Tickets
  • Assists with setting up computers
  • Will perform any additional duties at the direction of Operation Coordinator
Qualifications:

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and document escalated IT issues
  • Flexibility when priorities shift
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
