Lamacchia Property Management is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Handyman. If you have a passion for fixing, repairing, and maintaining various structures, this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems.

Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.

Repair or replace faulty electrical switches, outlets, and light fixtures.

Fix plumbing leaks, unclog drains, and install or repair plumbing fixtures.

Conduct carpentry work, including repairing doors, windows, and furniture.

Handle minor HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) repairs and maintenance.

Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.

Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.

Proficient knowledge of general repair techniques and tools.

Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as necessary.

Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in a relevant trade or field.

Experience in commercial or residential property maintenance.

Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely.
