About This Role
The focus of the Craftsman role is to meet the carpentry need of Lambright Flooring. This will include producing custom stair treads, stair nosing, patterned flooring, samples, and wood flooring installation.
To do that you will be responsible for taking work orders (as inputs) and creating the exact products to fill that order on schedule. The best candidates will be able to efficiently work through multiple work orders in an efficient manor without mistakes.
The ideal craftsman has a high attention to detail and can build with wood, to an exact spec. The ability to noticing the smallest imperfections is required to ensure to products produced meet out quality standards. This means you take a very high level of responsibility and pride in your work. The Craftsman will also be responsible keeping themself on task and working productively.
Qualifications
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
Minimum 3 years pervious carpentry experience required.
Experience in construction projects and working on construction sites
Familiarity with various construction materials and techniques
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

● We work 10-hour days M-F (7:00am-5:00pm).
