At Lambs Farm our mission is helping people with developmental disabilities lead productive, happy lives and connecting with the human spirit in us all. Lambs Farm is seeking an experienced individual to oversee group homes in the CLF program for people with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of direct support staff and staffing coverage
- Active treatment program planning
- Compliance with state, federal, local and agency standards and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related human service field with 2 to 3 years’ experience
- High school diploma/GED with 3 or more years of related experience
- DSP certification and supervisory experience is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
