Currently, we are seeking a 24 to 34 hour RN to work in the Medication Assistance Treatment program in our Newmarket Office.
There’s no such thing as a typical day in health care, so what can you expect in this role? The candidate will provide compassionate, non- judgmental care to patients diagnosed with opioid use and alcohol use disorder. You will be responsible for coordinating the medical and care management services provided to patients receiving medication assisted treatment in the health center. You will provide direct nursing care and education to patients and their families, ensure compliance with federal, state, and DEA regulations around the provision of services, coordinate multi-disciplinary team meetings, and ensures patient treatment plans are carried out. You will also be responsible for program level outcomes reporting and will collaborate with community organizations.

Qualifications:
A. Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire, with 3 years’ experience in primary care or substance use treatment experience preferred.
B. BLS Certified.
C. Excellent interpersonal, counseling and organizational skills are required.
