Summary
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for working directly with the Foodservice National Account team, Manufacture Representatives, Customer Service and Field Service to provide administrative support across various disciplines. Sales reporting, customer presentations, customer quotations, pricing, technical information, schedule management and general customer support as required.
Essential Functions
- Prepare quotations and pricing as directed for FS National Account customers
- Prepare weekly sales reports and summaries – FS National Accounts, Rep Groups, House Account sales
- Prepare customer presentations in collaboration with FS National Account Team and Marketing
- Provide technical documents as requested or direct customers to the correct Lancer department for support
- Manage and maintain databases for existing customers and for new leads generated from website and/or tradeshows
- Assign and distribute incoming leads
- Schedule Manufacture Representative training sessions with Field Service Manager
- Coordinate travel schedules and meetings with FS National Account team
- Coordinate and book quarterly business reviews with Manufacture Representatives and direct accounts
- Coordinate all FS National Account customer visits
- Prepare reporting and data for quarterly business reviews.
- Participate in customer presentations and RFP process as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented
- Strong analytical skills with business acumen
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Excellent presentation development skills and proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoQuotes, Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM
- Ability to read Foodservice Equipment plans
- Sales or Inside Sales Experience
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 5-8 years’ experience in Sales, Account Management or Marketing preferred
- Experience developing successful account plans, new product introduction plans or new market plans preferred
