Position Summary:
The client is looking for a Business Analyst with at least three years of experience to support multiple business initiatives in support of the execution of various client projects. The position requires a balance of analytical skills, with strong project and task management.

The client is looking for a Business Analyst with at least three years of experience to support multiple business initiatives in support of the execution of various client projects. The position requires a balance of analytical skills, with strong project and task management.
Responsibilities:
- Manages complex projects from design and development to production.
- Identifies and solves project issues.
- Creates data models and written reports
- Strong communication (written, presentation, and verbal) skills.
- Financial Report Writing (SQL), Access DB, PowerBI, Tableau
- Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, financial applications
- Understanding of Accounting/Finance Principles (Government background preferred)
- Analytical/Problem solving background
- Someone with a quantifiable history of creating efficiencies using software (time/cost savings as a direct result of independent work)
- Focus on data integrity (past validation efforts, very large data sets)
- Working with end-users to gather and document requirements
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in the following MS Project, MS Office
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Writing, Finance, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of project management or IT Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred
- Former local, state, federal government experience preferred.
