LANDSCAPE TEAM LEAD

Land Escapes is seeking experienced landscapers to join and help lead our crews!.

We are an established, 26-year old company with an excellent community reputation and the best client retention in the industry.

Permanent Position

LANDSCAPE TEAM LEAD POSTION AVAILABLE FOR:

• Ornamental landscape maintenance (planting, trimming & maintaining annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, nursery work, etc. - NO mowing)
• Landscape installation (planting and installing mulch, rock, flagstone, other hardscape, etc.)

TEAM LEAD POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years professional landscaping experience
• Good plant ID and ornamental landscape maintenance knowledge
• Experience installing landscape materials (plants, mulch, rock, etc.)
• Valid drivers license and clean MVR
• Experience driving & backing pickup truck with trailer (gooseneck or bumper hitch)
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Energetic, motivated & friendly personality with great customer service skills
• Dependable and on time
• Self-starter, able to work independently or with a team
• Detail orientated
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to effectively lead, train, motivate and mentor other staff member
• Have or be able to obtain a Nebraska Commercial Pesticide License upon hire (company will provide details)
• Have or be able to obtain a basic First Aid / CPR Certification upon hire (company will provide training resource)

• Basic irrigation knowledge or experience
