THE ROLE
The Growth Marketing Manager will drive Land Life's growth across the entire marketing cycle - identifying and increasing new business opportunities, optimizing materials for conversion efforts, and nurturing a loyal customer base. As a key member of our international Marketing and Communications team, you will work closely with the business development and product teams, as well as the creative team, reporting directly to our Head of Marketing.
In this role, you will:
Take ownership of our B2B audiences, constantly improving our full marketing funnel: especially focusing on generating demand and improving conversion.
Execute demand generation campaigns to impact MQLs/SQOs, optimizing messaging and channels for key buyer segments and decision-makers. Leveraging inbound/outbound marketing automation strategies and lead scoring to identify sales-ready prospects.
Collaborate with teams to produce performance-oriented content, pitch decks, SEO, email marketing, landing pages, social media and more.
Analyze the market trends to understand and leverage customers' needs and new potential growth strategies.
Constantly test, track and analyze results to contribute to our ROI targets.

THIS IS YOU
5 years of experience in growth marketing, or a data-driven marketing/advertising role;
Strong knowledge of B2B marketing channels and strategies, as well as analytics, CRM, paid and social (e.g. LinkedIn) media;
Good project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams;
You have a strategy mindset and can execute effectively to drive growth and performance;
You speak English fluently and live in the Netherlands, preferably in the Randstad area;
Understanding of the NBS/CO2 markets is a big plus!
