Responsible for developing and facilitating high-quality training curriculum and programs that elevate the caliber of all associates and leads to their professional growth and development. Supports learning & development initiatives introduced into the organization, help to further the organizational objectives, and supporting Landmark’s strategic plan. Ensures all learning curriculum content adheres to the organization’s core values and brand platform.REQUIREMENTS1. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive experience designing and delivering practical systems and processes training. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.2. Experience in designing and delivering interpersonal and professional learning curriculum.3. Experience with common desktop applications and learning technologies, such as presentation multimedia, and web technologies.4. Demonstrated success creating communications and learning plans.5. Proven ability to make presentations to associates and/or leaders that may involve persuasion and obtaining approvals. Work autonomously and collaboratively with the ability to communicate concrete and abstract ideas effectively.6. Excellent written communication and presentation skills and the proven ability to work across various departments and levels in an organization.7. Must have the ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, proven problem-solving skills and strong organizational skills with sense of urgency.8. Capacity and desire to work in a fast paced, changing, and sometimes unpredictable environment. Proven ability to independently organize work, balance multiple priorities and manage a variety of projects with strong attention to detail.9. Must have a thorough understanding and ability to implement company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must understand and comply with all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Design and deliver training initiatives in support of various learning & development programs to include live sessions with specific business groups or functional areas, recorded on-demand learning and other learning methods.2. Continuously evaluate, update and create training materials to positively impact associate and member experiences based on best practice and industry developments. Use reports, surveys, assessments and related documents to measure the effectiveness of training and to consistently improve offerings and impact.3. Partner with functional leaders to develop programs to meet organization growth and to attract, develop, evaluate and mobilize talent throughout the organization.4. Establish parameters to measure effective utilization and proficiency to new initiatives for individual employees as well as groups or departments and identify potential gaps.5. Perform the role of coach or mentor within the organization to assist associates in fulfilling their role on their respective departments and teams.6. Utilize technology to develop and administer classroom and online training to meet the organization’s learning & development objectives.7.
