Land O’ Lakes is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to work at our Fort Worth, TX location. The person in this role will work first-shift and every other Saturday.
The ideal applicant possesses excellent customer service skills, maturity, integrity, and strong attention to detail. Successful candidates make attendance a priority and are reliable and punctual. Excellent communication skills are a must along with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Shift: 7am – 3:30pm and every other Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
Process truck loading and unloading paperwork
Prepare documents necessary for manufacturing to fill bulk & bag orders
Assist in monthly inventory cycle counts
Daily Inventory Activities
Tracks and investigates weekly shortages
Tracks and requests ship life extensions
Answer phones and direct phone calls
Assists with yearly company uniforms & composite toe boot ordering process
Assist with purchase order requisitions for production supplies and recurring maintenance items
Assists in ordering warehouse, first aid & safety supplies
Assists with purchase orders
Assist with timekeeping
Assists with New Hires, HR Files (etc.)
Will help manage flex labor program for part time employees
Plant floor time20%, inventorying, organization of supplies, audits (etc.)
Other duties as assigned
Experience-Education (Required):
High school diploma/GED
1 years of experience in and administrative or customer service role
Competencies required:
Excellent attendance
Professional, Self-starter/Self-motivated friendly demeanor
Ability to work in both individual and team-based projects and work assignments
Competencies required:
- Direct work experience using the MS Office suite of programs to include Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook (etc)
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of initiative for problem resolution and continuous improvement efforts.

Experience-Education (Preferred):
- Experience with accounts payable
- Manufacturing /warehouse industry experience

- Ability to communicate in a variety of methods and with a variety of personalities
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Ability to deal with a changing/evolving environment
