The Project Manager (PM) will manage a variety of "programs" for our client ranging from Branded Experiences to Brand Strategy. With this hybrid role, you will achieve and maintain agency needs by delivering projects on scope, on time, and on budget while also ensuring client satisfaction. We are looking for someone who has a personality to motivate internal team members to bring quality work and build a relationship with our clients. You will report to the Client Manager.

You Will

  • Manage a project throughout its lifespan ensuring all milestones are met with the internal team.
  • Create the highest quality proposals, correspondence, materials, and presentations for our clients and ensure they are error-free to our client's challenges or deliverables.
  • Participate in brand discussions, client workshops, brainstorms and development of strategic deliverables.
  • Work with a diverse team and delegating tasks to executive team members.
  • Embrace and display passion and curiosity with all Landor & Fitch's capabilities including research, strategy, innovation, design, naming and verbal identity, environments, digital, and engagement.
  • Think creatively about how technology can be additive to experiences.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the outstanding project and financial management.

  • 2–3 years of experience
  • Proficient in organizing with systems for tracking and managing time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic – can create insights and recommend next steps in a linear course of action
  • Decisive, but respectful of changing priorities
  • Ability to demonstrate cross-functional leadership experience
  • Curious and responsible
  • Financially knowledgeable – can delegate and understand financial goals for the business and for team members
  • Optimistic and able to encourage the same from others
