What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager - Estimator position at Landpoint?
King Surveyors, a division of Landpoint – a dedicated Surveying Firm in Northern Colorado, is looking for an Estimator / Project Manager for our office in Windsor, CO.
*This role can be on-site or hybrid/remote*
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must have at least 5 years of Land Surveying experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of the principles, techniques and practices used in Land Surveying and Drafting.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a good relationship with clients as well as other employees.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience with deadlines and be able to respond to changing priorities.
Essential Functions
- Prepare fee proposals for ALTA/ACSM surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, subdivision plats, easements and property descriptions.
- Familiarize oneself with firm-client contract for the project.
- Organize work on the project and set for the procedures to be employed in accomplishing the project including scheduling field crews and coordinating with CAD Technicians
- Develop and monitor the project’s progression to meet client and firm time objectives
- Attend project meetings, as necessary
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $105,000
