As the Photo Merchandise Coordinator, you will be responsible to lead and manage the workflow of photo samples at the photo studio and meet all deadlines.
Responsibilities
Manage samples for all aspects of photography, including but not limited to Catalog, Internet, social media, Retail and PR.
Maintain sample room’s physical inventory thru RAMIDS tracking system.
Plan and coordinate the liquidation of samples seasonally from the sample room and prepare for upcoming season. Maintain two seasons of samples.
Communicate between sample rooms regarding availability of samples, missing samples, and incorrect photo samples.
Keeps the photo only samples, and studio sample room organized for ease and efficient location of samples for self, styling assistants, and studio partners.
Access, verify and print all layouts for off figure photography.
Assign and maintain Commander off figure timelines and shot lists.
Accountable for ensuring accuracy with layout and shot list integrity, against photo sample integrity. Resolve discrepancies or elevate issues to be resolved before and during photography.
Problem solves with cross-functional partners to maximize workflow and accuracy to support shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
Works with the manager of photo production to prioritize and ensure samples are ready for photography based on shot priority.
Alerts Manager Photo Production of any facility needs in the sample room.
