What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Sales Associate position at Lane Bryant?
Seeking Part Time Sales Associates (Stylists)to work an average of 18 hours a week.
Standard availability requirements are: 9:30am-2:00pm & 5:00-9:30pm.
*Shifts are currently altered, due to current events *
Looking for personable, fashion forward, energetic, passionate, detail oriented associates (stylists), to deliver positive results, in a high volume /heavy shipment location.
Primary areas of responsibility will be :
Service : Maintaining the client experience, through exceptional customer service, building the client's wardrobe, while always elevating one's own level of service.
Execution : Maintaining flawless presentation of sales floor and back stock room. Processing freight under strict time frames. Partnership in our bi-monthly and monthly floor changes, with total team of four. Personal ownership of all areas of Asset Protection / Loss Prevention.
Talent : Maintaining store expectation, through constant communication with entire team.
Retail experience or background is preferred.
