Fulfill basic warehousing and stock order duties, including offloading merchandise trucks, deciphering work orders, locating stock, and packing items for shipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Move vaults and palletized product within the warehouse and accurately document that movement using a handheld scanning device and interface with the warehouse asset management system.
- Place and pull goods throughout the warehouse via the use of a pallet jack, forklift, or other moving equipment.
- Palletize and un-palletize goods.
- Provide leadership, training, and direction to warehouse team.
- Assist in the accurate record keeping of inventory using the Company’s warehouse management system to identify the proper location of product at all time.
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift and/or by hand.
- Perform cycle counts based on customers’ requirements.
- Assist and support operations manager in performing physical inventory by customer.
- Assist operations manager in maintaining suitable inventory for all standard packing material.
- Support the order administration team with administrative tasks (e.g. order entry/inventory reconciliation/shipping documents, etc.).
- Perform routine tasks in conformance to Company’s Standard Operating Procedures and Customer’s documented Statements of Work.
- Comply with written policies, procedures, and work instructions in conformance to the Company’s Quality Processes and continuous improvement objectives.
- Help maintain a clean warehouse and perform other tasks as may be required.
