The Role:
As a Social Media Content Manager and Creator at Lanshin, you will spread the wisdom and message of our movement through social media . This role requires a blend of creativity and strategy, perfect for someone who who loves generating ideas as much as being logical and organized. You will manage and operate our social media system as well as assist in content creation.
What You'll Do:
- Craft, curate, and manage all content across social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop creative and innovative content strategies that reflect brand goals and speak directly to our community.
- Manage social media and marketing projects, keeping track of timelines and ensuring completion of goals and tasks.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments and participating in conversations that inspire brand loyalty and customer connection.
- Keep up with DMs, comments and communication with other accounts and profiles across social
- Utilize analytics to guide strategy adjustments, track campaign performance, and report on social media ROI to senior management.
- Stay ahead of trends in content and social media, using them as opportunities of engaging content for Lanshin and TCM.
- Assist with creation and execution of assets for other marketing tools when needed, like ads, newsletters and text marketing.
Who You Are:
- You have a strong aesthetic eye and excellent storytelling skills, and you “get” our brand vibe
- Experienced with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- A self-starter who is comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on content creation.
- A team player through and through.
- Detail oriented and organized. You can’t stand a messy desk or set of Dropbox folders.
- You are efficient, you complete your tasks with ease and speed without sacrificing quality
- You understand that successful creative execution requires being skilled at management and administrative tasks.
- You manage time effectively and efficiently
- You are comfortable with small company environments and start-up environments.
- You always double check your work
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in beauty, fashion, or related industries.
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency with Figma, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite: particularly Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, generally in the range of $50,000 to $70,000.
