What are the responsibilities and job description for the Premium Server position at Lansing Lugnuts?
Suite Servers are responsible for providing high-quality, enthusiastic guest service while maximizing efficiency in Jackson Field’s suite level. Suite Servers help set up suites, provide exceptional guest service during games, and help with closing tasks after the game. Suite Servers will work Lansing Lugnuts games, as well as Stadium Events.

· Set up suites (including stocking beverage coolers, chafers, and refilling dry goods) & deliver prepared food orders in a timely manner
· Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each customer while working as a team with the suite-level staff
· Ensure suites and pantry areas are clean, safe, and organized
· Check identification to verify legal age requirements for alcohol consumption
· Assist with cleaning needs before, during and after each game such as removing Food & Beverage items from suites, wiping down countertops, trash removal, etc.
Requirements:
· Age: in order to serve alcohol, Suite Servers must be at least 18 years old
· Must be TAM certified
· Attention to detail while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and presentation
· Outstanding communication, customer service, and high attention to detail
· Food Handler’s Certification (can be obtained online)
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
· Ability to lift 30 lbs.
· Ability to stand for up to 5 hours during a game or event
· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
HOURS:

HOURS:
The season consists of 67 home games that are played between April and September.
Working in the Food & Beverage department requires a flexible schedule which includes the ability to work several weekday and weekend evenings as well as Sunday afternoons throughout the season.
4th of July is a required workday.
