Qualifications: Completed a Bachelor’s Degree; Valid Michigan Teaching certificate with K-8 (all subjects); Must be able to demonstrate highly qualified status in required endorsement areas; Successful teaching experience at the elementary level; Demonstrated knowledge of youth and ability to teach them; Demonstrated NCLB highly qualified status in the subject area; Ability to support and promote sound instruction; Demonstrated ability to work effectively with parents, administrators, students and staff; Willingness to participate in professional development.
